Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Appended you will find an e-mail from C/T LC Jason Hnatiuk regarding a recent arbitration case and Turnaround Combination Service (TCS).

Looks like we finally won a case. This is for TCS, deadhead into and out of service. The portion deadheading out of service is not to be held against the penalty payment for failed TCSs, so orders the arbitrator. If anyone has any outstanding claims held in abeyance please let the LC's know if and when they are paid. We will be following up with local management to determine how and when this is supposed to happen. (emphasis added)
